Charter destination Trogir

Trogir is one of the most popular Croatia charter destination. The old town centre, under UNESCO protection, represents a true treasure trove for lovers of art. There are numerous Renaissance, Baroque and Romanesque buildings and churches you should visit. In addition, the city is a fascinating place to just wander. Discover tiny medieval streets revealing hidden restaurants and eye-catching galleries. The orthogonal street plan,dates back to the Hellenistic period. Trogir also boasts a spectacular Venetian Cathedral of St. Lovro, town hall and the Church of St. John the Baptist with its gorgeous carved portal. Likewise, the city is nicknamed the Adriatic’s Venice. However don’t expect to find any canal, only a small island that’s connected to the coast by two bridges.

The 200 year old Trogir market, also known as Pazar, is located at the entrance to the town. The market offers a wide selection of Mediterranean and other tasty fruit and vegetables. One of the most beautiful parts of the city is its waterfront stroll called ‘Riva’. You should definitely visit it during your stay. It is a right place to sit for a nice cup of cappuccino or a tasty traditional pastry. While relaxing there, admire charming port full of sailboats, motor boats and mega yachts.

Trogir is very easy to reach because the proximity of Split airport.  Two yacht marinas ACI Trogir and SCT marina Trogir  accommodate higher-spending visitors,  while a younger crowd hits the seafront nightspots of adjoining Čiovo island. Trogir, due to its position in mid Dalmatia aria,  represents an ideal starting point to one of the most interesting sailing areas in the world – the attractive Adriatic coast.
